A Dgroup (Discipleship Group) has become a vital part of many churches today. As congregations grow, it becomes increasingly difficult for a pastor to personally attend to the spiritual needs of every member. For many, the only regular interaction is the weekly Sunday service. While the Sunday message may be sufficient for some, most of us need more than a once-a-week encounter with God’s Word to sustain us. We need a space for deeper Bible study—a safe place where we can be vulnerable, share our personal needs, and be supported, encouraged, and held accountable by one another.
